We had met Rhonda about 2 years ago at an open house and I distinctly remember her instant genuine greeting and friendly conversation. You helped us find our forever home. We did not know you at all. We saw your name on a sign in Port Perry. Being new in Canada we did not know you need to have a Real estate agent to be able to view properties. We called you and ask you if you would show us the house you were selling. You ask if we had to real estate agent and our real estate agent needed to contact you to set up a time to view the house. At that point we inform you that we did not have a real estate agent you kindly show us the house in Port Perry without a signing any paperwork with you. You shopped around with us for two months without having any agreement with us. I remember how I was trying to pay way over asking price for a house and you stopped me.
